Messaging, emails, phones in our pockets or bags, never out of touch. I get it, but I also think it's out of control, some sort of emotional factor that makes us need to be in touch constantly, instantly... When I was in my 20's I sold almost everything and packed the rest in a little Fiat and meandered for 2 months, 10,000 miles, from West coast to East coast , no contact with family or friends.
