think the crazy part of July is over, when island life gets quieter, vacations for locals are fast approaching, and your regular bar stool is free. That's a good thing! Less trash, less calling on the infrastructure, less zoom zoom. We're really not a zoom zoom sort of place, but some visitors (and guagua drivers) forget that. Try not to, please.
