Simple Sunday ~ Culebra

Up on the housetop, 

away in the manger, 

the water is lapping

no one is a stranger.

Horses do wander

Deer play on the beach

Pleasures are simple

Joy not far out of reach

Pelicans and frigates

Fly into the sun

While old faces return

Their up North time is done.

(All the signs are quite plain,

a new Season begun)
