Culebrense have Risen!

Because the 'situation' of Semana Santa is still ongoing, I'm just going to post a link to the Coralations page for now. But, just to say...the POWER of what happened yesterday made my spirit soar, along with hundreds of others. When Culebrense decide to act, best get the hell out of the way!!!

    Semana Santa did...like every year! Too much draw on the water, they cycle it from section to section. First outage was something wrong in Vieques though.
