Welcome to Sunny Culebra

While sunshine is usually an every day occurrence for us, we do get rain sometimes and we're getting it now. It's rainy season, it happens. So for all of you who are visiting, hang tight, the sun really will come back. I think.

There was a little slice of sunshine out at Dakity yesterday. It didn't last long...

White out on the bay

And back comes the wind and rain, round 4
For those of us living here, 20 mph wind, thunder, lightning and water from the sky means full cisterns, a green island and any outdoor plans being put on the shelf for now. Luckily, we don't get landslides or any of the other problems like overflowing rivers and/or flooding that plague the big island. Unless you count the little river flowing over the floor here...

Have a seasonal Saturday. Do something semitropical.
