With Apologies to Clement Moore or Henry Livingston Jr.*

As I drove down the road there arose such a clatter
I had to pull over to see what was the matter

And what to my eye behind camera caused wonder
But birds of Culebra afeeding down under

Late sun gave a mystery as the bird calls did grow
Casting its magic on the water below

I stood captivated as they flew out of sight

Happy Cinco de Mayo
And to all, a good flight!

*No one is sure who wrote the famous poem of Christmas, so butchering the classic will not bring any lawsuits. Some wincing, no doubt, but no jail time for me.

Have a trilling Tuesday. Do something tremulously tropical.
