Good Times, Quiet Times, Tourist Times

The pool was beautiful but too cool to have more than my feet in by the time we got there, the world where tourists go. Our friends got together with six other people and rented one of the holiday homes in the Zoni beach area. Not ON Zoni, but good views if you stood or sat in the right places. So this is what tourists see. Nice!

A lot of laughter. A lot of catching up conversation. A new phrase "Is that the wahhhhhambulance I hear coming to take you away?" which I hope to use an annoyingly large number of times this year, in one form or another.
Another part of Holidays 2009. Tracy & Alita, so good to have you in your heart home again! Thanks for having us there.

And surprises on the way home. On the way out we saw goats, and now it was cattle. BIG cattle. Big cattle in the road. I've seen some of these here before, but always with the man who owns them herding them along with a very large stick. No man this time. Thanks for getting the shots, Linda!

Just another day in Paradox.

  1. MJ, thanks for all the island photos and happenings. You've become the place to go since other sites are getting complicated and commercial. So, again thanks, Bill

  2. Yikes! You're welcome, but hold tight, I think the complicated stuff is going to abate somewhat.
