Chefs for Charity 2010 is over, but the memories will keep many of us smiling for a long time. The food was fine, the crowd was huge, the music was incredible! Don Monchin's service is today. I think a lot of us could feel his spirit last night, such a Culebra night, united for a strong cause and having tremendous fun in the doing of it.

Can Culebra party AND do a good deed at the same time? Yes we can! A tremendous gracias to all who worked so hard on this event from many aspects to make it all so much fun for the rest of us! Congratulations on a job well done. And Jose? The rain worked out just fine...as one person said to me later, it wouldn't have been as much fun as it was without it.
