We rarely use an umbrella here in Portland because it will just rain again and we would have left it somewhere and forget where. We do the same thing with sunglasses, only there is less sun than there is rain :) GREAT photo
Well, usually it's the older women I see with umbrellas...sometimes used as a sun parasol, sometimes for rain. I'm in the forgetter camp. Luckily though, it's usually warm enough that the rain isn't going to freeze you!
