Big BIG news here on Culebra...the horrible fencing on the ferry dock is being taken down! No longer giving the appearance of a internment zone for evil refugees, it looks like the steps down to the sea will once again be in view and usable again. Free at last!
One of my favorite things to watch when I first got here were the kids jumping in the water to dive for coins or just jumping in for the sheer joy of the leap. I'm looking forward to seeing that again.
