Just in from Santiago -
Dear MJ:
I am in Ceiba and Flamenco in Culebra and here are connected and the boxes are due to arrive in the next 2 to 3 flights through 4 pm. Also, VAL has agreed to fly the medical donations in Vieques, and Helen Davis is on her way to the Trust and speaking to friends to get as much as they can right away.
I will keep you posted.
