Petition is to the Gobierno de Puerto Rico y la ATM

This demand is very important for the welfare of the municipalities of Vieques and Culebra. It is time the Government and the ATM we pay attention. Do not want to wait to have adequate transportation. Enough already with the disorder in the ATM and demand prompt action. Transportation is a basic need and we have to go to college, see our doctors and specialists. We have to queue for petrol. Food does not arrive. The main island has no such problems with transportation, we must act now!
