What happens on Culebra doesn't always stay on Culebra...
I must ask... what IS it coming out of OR into the water? I can't make it out. BTW, your (you) blog and I have coffee together every morning and I could not enjoy your company more. ;>
Great capture! You couldn't get that shot again if you tried!
It's a pelican diving! I've been trying to get that photo for years and this morning...it just happened! Thanks for your wonderful comment, makes me happy that my sharing the life I love is enjoyed.
Great shot, I usually see a blur about that moment and think, thats gotta hurt!
Wow, this IS a wonderful sight. This "landlubber" would have NEVER guessed it to be a pelican. Your blog is enjoyable AND educational! Thanks for sharing.
No worries, Lynn, a fair number of folks around here didn't get it right away either.
Poor bird goes ass over bellican and stands to lose a tailfeather or two. All in a day's living. Nice capture!
Doug, yet they don't and bob up happy, fish for the bellman, every time! Amazing weird ballet.
Mark, just saw your comment and that is absolutely true...I slightly turned and POW. So lucky!
