Ok, Where Was I?

This horse has nothing to do with Blue at the Spot
Before I was happily infused with Sloane's birthday, I had some catch ups for here that I'd forgotten to post earlier. One is that Blue at the Spot is having its grand (re, sort of) opening tonight. Doesn't that sound New Yorkish? Of course it will end up being Blue, which still sounds great because who doesn't like some sort of blue? If you don't know how Alicia and Fede do up a good time, check it out. Right next to Heather's Pizza. Right past the Post Office. Right. There!

(I probably have a few hundred photos involving the Spot but, none of them worked for this because...it doesn't look that way anymore! I'll start over now).

The community needs some help to hold its Christmas parade. Budget cuts etc.. Everyone knows how great the parade is, for the children, the town and visitors. If you can help, in any way, Joanna (from Tourism) writes:

You can please make checks or money orders to "Surokejo Navideño".
Drop them at the Tourism Office in Town or mail to:

OK, one more thing and it's today as well, so before you go to Blue at the Spot, go to the Christmas Flea Market at the library! 10 - 2 p.m, so you'll have plenty of time to rest up for the night ahead.

It's been a very busy time around here,  relatively speaking. But there is always time to check out beauty. Here is part of a golden morning from a couple of days ago. The horse above was also from that morning, and he was pretty much bathed in dawn gold as well.

Have a tra la la la la Thursday! Do something totally new.

  1. I missed a large chapter in this story. Is this a name change, owner change, remodel, or some combo of the above?
