After a good morning at the cart, Francie and I had lunch at Dinghy Dock. I ordered the lechon, a pork shank. I think they served the whole leg! Two two two meals in one (or more)!
Off the dock were a few starfish. Beautiful!

And the newest eggplant would not be outdone in adding purple to the gardens
Today will be spent making hot sauce as at a fell swoop, most of it was borne away by my excellent customers. Life is good!
