Culebra Purple and Gold

Life is slowing down here for me and the weather is beautiful. I might have a computer figured out. Except for wanting to have a winning lottery ticket so I could fly in all my children and bro for a week, I can't ask for more. Ok, I can, but I won't. Right now.

Oh what a beautiful morning!

No, the above isn't quite purple and gold but it has purple and gold in it. My new hamaca from Ann's store. When life gets a little crazy and I'm not quite sure what is going to happen to make it all work out - because even though I sometimes forget, in frantic panic, it always does work out - I go get something that will make me really content right NOW (my "if I only have three dollars left, buy ice cream!" theory). This hamaca works for me ~ views to the water, the wind to blow the mozzies away. Peace.

Peace to you, gentle (and not so gentle) readers! This time of year can get people a little crazed. Step back out of the whirling circle, take a few deep breaths. Just say no to madness!

Which reminds me that tomorrow is the great celebration of Festivus! You don't know about Festivus? Well, I can take care of that (thanks, Pat, for turning me on to a not at all righteous holiday).

Have a tinsel free if you want it to be Thursday! Do something un-traditional.

  2. Aw, thanks, Mark! Always nice to hear/read that (helps me know I'm not the only one who likes them beside my bro and kids).
